一、線上報名：

本競賽一律採網路報名

1、填寫Google表單時，同時上傳報名簡章附件（WORD檔、拍照或掃描之圖檔、PDF檔）。

2、附件包括：報名資料表（附件一）、參賽同意授權書（附件二）及「匯款證明」，請於匯款備註寫上「選手姓名」，以利對帳。 

3、如填表單時，未上傳附件一、二及匯款證明，請於報名截止日期前E-Mail補繳。 

4、「標準配方表」請事先列印，於當天比賽呈現在作品展台！

二、報名流程： 

請填寫表單，並上傳共 3 份檔案，或Email至「2026twcac@gmail.com 」，並於信件主旨標示「2026臺南美食之都世界餐飲藝術挑戰賽」報名日期、報名項目名稱、選手姓名」，承辦單位將於收件後回覆完成報名之 Email 信函確認，方可視為報名成功！

‼️繳件(含繳費)後，如未接獲承辦單位之確認信函E-mail，則視為未報名成功，請立即來信確認，以維護您的權益。

三、報名期限：

即日起至 2026 年 9 月 30日(三) 截止，逾期恕不受理。

四、參賽名單：

統一在2026 年 10 月 12日(一)於官網公佈參賽名單。

五、報名費用(經審核報名完成後，一律無法退費)：

Registration Method

A. Online Registration:

All registration for this competition is conducted online.

1. When filling out the Google form, please also upload the registration details as an attachment (WORD file, photo or scanned image, or PDF).

2. Attachments include: Registration Information Form (Attachment 1), Participation Agreement (Attachment 2), and Proof of Payment. Please write your "Participant's Name" in the remittance remarks for reconciliation purposes.

3. If you did not upload Attachments 1 and 2 and Proof of Payment when filling out the form, please submit them via email before the registration deadline.

4. Please print out the "Standard Recipe Sheet" in advance and display it at your work booth on the day of the competition!

B. Registration Process: Please fill out the form and upload 3 copies of your application, or email it to "2026twcac@gmail.com". In the email subject line, please indicate "2026 Tainan Culinary Capital World Culinary Arts Challenge" registration date, application category name, and participant name. The organizer will reply with a confirmation email upon receipt of your application; only then is your registration considered successful!

‼️If you do not receive a confirmation email from the organizer after submitting your 

application (including payment), your registration is considered unsuccessful. Please 

contact us immediately to confirm and protect your rights.

C. Registration Deadline: From now until September 30, 2026 (Wensday). Late applications will not be accepted.

D. Participant List: The participant list will be announced on the official website on October 12, 2026 (Monday).

E. Registration Fees(Fee is non-refundable once registration is approved):

Cooking Demonstration Group: $2000/entry

Static Demonstration Group: $1200/entry

Coffee & Beverage Group: $1200/entry
